Highly touted freshman, big time weight lifter, seemed to be headed to stardom. Then, high ankle sprain in mid September and crickets since then.
Anyone know how he is doing?

Did his attitude ever change? His behavior after his last HS game was despicable.

Can you add some facts to that characterization of this young man?

He supposedly is pretty decent young man But he acted out for sure. Supposedly there is a backstory. But not defendable

Sure I can. But not my obligation to do so. I appear to not be the only one who thinks so.

I'm sure it was multiple factors. I ain't mad at him. Just hope he used it as a learning experience.

1 point loss on the road in the playoffs. Shortly after the horn blow he took his emotions out on fellow players and coaches.

Who gives a crap about what he did in his last high school game because someone pissed him off?

He looked solid against bama for a drive. About all I remember him playing all year. Was the one who made it tough on bama rb for the goalline run, while holding up a guard with the other hand. He will play well off of roy, maason going forward. The 2 man eater that let's those guys make plays.

No substantive update beyond what I saw that drive. He and Roy look like men already

This new DL coach should do really good things for him. He developed QW into an elite run defender for the Jets within 2 years even tho he only played basically a year of college

What was your point in bringing this up now? Do you have some sort of agenda against Guillory? Why in the world is this incident being brought up again 2 years into his LSU football career?

Everybody makes mistakes at some point in life they later regret. He was a high school kid back then.

There have been no attitude issues at all reported at LSU, so let it go.

He lost his temper cause the team didn't play the way he hoped. That is called having a fire in your belly to win,and that is a good not a bad thing to have.

My point was pretty clear. I asked if his attitude changed.

You seemed to answer my question. Thanks.

You may think it's fire in the belly, but some may look at it as a poor attitude sue to his own performance. Like I said, glad he used it as a learning experience.

Geez, y'all are wound a little tight today.

He was a true freshman last year and is a DL. They usually don’t play there until so /jr year. Also he was a big 3-4 nt type and it seemed like bo or O don’t really care for that body type, considering how they treated that Samoan kid. I would say he is probably going to have to lose weight to get some playing time.

OMG, why are you attacking this kid for being fat. Geez, you must really hate him.

Sorry, just beating everyone to it.

I don’t know about anything that points to him having a bad attitude other than one outburst that has been discussed. Getting pissed off at the end of your high school career and screaming at people does not equal an “attitude problem” that requires changing. If there’s more than just that, then ok. Otherwise, it’s a dumb and careless assumption to make about the kid

I like the kid, but that wasn’t a healthy outburst. It is fair to have it mentioned. He could dominate a game in high school when he decided to. He almost single handedly shut down WM in the second half in 19

I imagine with a real spring and summer camp, weight training program, and a great DL coach he’s headed for a great year.
