To me he always seems to get beat at the snap, and then has to play catchup to the receiver, so he can't turn to look for the ball.

He made a terrible business decision to opt out just like Shelvin. He's not going to go in the 1st round. I have to think that some agent offered him a few hundred grand advance (probably way less) and he took it. Having him back there at safety would be a huge upgrade.

I'd say one of the biggest reasons for Flott's decline is simply no help over the top from his safeties.

I simply think his feet are too large. Just watch him run. We needed Vincent to stay.

This stat is bullshite. Flott was mediocre at best last year. How many plays do you remember Flott making last year. Ricks flashes every game.

I have been saying this for a while now. I watched him get plowed into the USC bench on the first offensive play. He at least did turn the play back inside but Stevens was nowhere to be found because he took the inside gap and got cleaned out in the wash of blockers...
