They don’t have a new job yet and want to keep getting paid.

There are probably contract incentives for postseason - for just such an contingency. Obviously, if they catch on somewhere else in the meantime, but typically the bowl game is the best payday of the year.

They are under contract. They quit/leave they breach contract

We're going to be somewhere like the Amdro Fire Ant Bowl. Who really gives a damn who calls plays? We take the bowl to get in the practices and work with the new coach.

Their contracts…. They get paid thru March so they need to coach. Also auditioning for a new job.

I believe they have to honor their contracts. After the game, it’s up to Brian Kelly who stays and who goes.

This is still their team. Just because the fans want them gone doesn’t mean the players do. They see these kids every day and have close relationships.

Should Kelly come coach the bowl game? If he lost it, a bunch of you dipshits on here would be calling it a horrible hire.
