No Mike has never attended a football game. Maybe before 1957, but not since.

He doesn't like the trailer. Get over it. We're lucky to have that beautiful animal in that beautiful habitat across from the stadium. If that doesn't satisfy you, too damn bad.

If the opposing team is intimidated by a tiger in a case, none of them must have visited a zoo for fear or intimidation. Ridiculous. Must be a bunch of babies. That's the silliest reason of all to have him there.

I love when he goes to the games, but if he doesn't, it's not a big deal at all. It's about the game not a tiger.

Given the large numbers of African Americans from disadvantaged backgrounds that play college football. It is not far fetched that many of them have never seen a tiger up close. There are plenty of videos online of football players seeing animals and freaking out.

You are wrong, Gris Gris...having Mike in the stadium is one of the greatest traditions in college football, a point that is pretty much universally agreed upon, not just by LSU faithful.

Seriously this shite again, get over it.
He never needs to go to a game again. This is such an overblown tradition its ridiculous.
Be happy we have a live tiger and a great veterinarian school to care for him. If anything he needs a girlfriend and no need to satisfy your ego.
If you need to see him or your kids want to, by all means go see him in his habitat.

I bet most of the people complaining about this do not actually go to the games. So stupid....

FYI, the hardly ever put him under, it's actually dangerous for a tiger. Learn something before making a dumbass out of yourself.

When his cage looked like this you backed the trailer up with some food in it and he got in the trailer and went to the game
With the complex he has today he has no interest in getting out and about and it is probably too much work to navigate him to the trailer.

Not that different from the fan that elects to stay home and watch on large screen HD TV and avoid traffic. Home is nice and it isn't worth the effort any longer. .

There's no particular reason why Mike can't attend the games--except for the whining little pussies who think that Mike really gives a shite and are so intent on speaking for him.

Tell you what, let's bring him to every game, and those of you who don't like it can get over that fact.

We need to fire the vet school dumbass who's mismanaging this affair. You're supposed to be an expert on animals, so start acting like one.

I don't even see the point of having a tiger after this bullshite. Wtf is the point? If kids want to see a tiger, they can go to the zoo. I have a dog at my house, and that fricker will sure as shite go to the games if he was the mascot. We should legally change his name to Toonces 1, and call ourselves the LSU We Have a Tiger in a Multi-million Dollar Enclosure.

Yall do realize they are trying to set it up to where he doesn't ever come to another game, right? They cancelled the rest of the year already. Next year, they'll "try" to get him in there once, and then cancel the rest of the season. Viola! No more Mike in the stadium EVER AGAIN

It was one of the highlights of me going to games growing up. It's a tradition that we WERE known for. Might as well do away with the band while we're at it. Someone needs to protect them from arthritis.
