Any particular reasoning behind him losing to A&M, or did you just have to say something you know to be ridiculous to get to your number?

The new dumb arse phrase of the week

If you cant see the excuse making going on for accepting nine win seasons when the exact same nine win seasons or even ten win seasons were pissed on here by many, you are either blind or agenda driven.

So fricking what if we have a hard schedule? Last year in a nine win season we had the weakest schedule we have played in over a decade. When, other than last year, hasn't LSU played a hard schedule? In 2015 LSU played a SOS ranked in the top five of the nation and had a game loss due to weather. Did you come here at that time suggesting that nine wins was acceptable?

Anyway I thought we made a coaching change to do better and not the same or worse.

Keep moving those goal post.

I would be happy with a trip to the SECCG, win or lose.

I don't think we could have beat A&M that year with a one-dimensional offense. Not to mention the fact that the team probably would have not been the least bit motivated by then.

Steering the conversation again into a comparison with O.

Les was fired because he would not evolve and his SEC record was middle of the pack.

Shifting conversation to current situation, LSU went 6-2 this season. That was an improvement that we haven't seen since 2012. However, we did lose 2 OOC, one to a Sun Belt team and the other in NYD bowl game.

We get that you don't like O. He was not choice either but he is the coach for now. You and the rest of the girls need to stop being a hemorrhaging twat in every thread.

That's fine. None of this is knowable so I guess we can make up anything we want to believe.

It’s a conversation about expectations for next year

O and Les are heavily involved in any conversations about expectations.

Les because he set them. O because he has to live up to them.

Last season was one of the worst seasons we’ve had in over a decade.

Jesus, guy. Chill out. Why you so mad? We’re you above all this yesterday? Ya self righteous bitch.

2008, 2009, 2014, and arguably 2015 and 2016 were all worse or equal to 2017.

2015 had a great start but as soon as we played any teams with a pulse we got our asses beat. In 2015 we didn’t beat anyone of note while we still lost to a 6-6 Arky. In 2017 we at least beat a good team. But it was mired by the Troy loss. MSU loss=Arky loss. (Even though State in 2017 was better than Arky in 2015) So 2017=2015.

2016 had a record of 8-4 with no good wins so 2017>2016.

So at worst, last season was ranked 6 out of 10 for the last decade and it can be argued that it ranks as the 5th best after 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.

So your post is an exaggeration at best.

I just posted that the 6-2 record in the SEC was the best since 2012. Miles was 8-5 over in 2014.

only twice did miles have more than 3 losses

you do realize 4 losses is worse than 3 losses right?

And I am Going to argue that this season is worse than any season other than 2008 and 2014.

9-4 with a 5th year senior at QB is trash.

2009- 4 loses 3 to top 10 teams 0 to I ranked teams. Worse loss was to a 9-4 Ole Miss Team. All with a Sophmore JJ at the helm.

2015- 3 losses. Arkansas was an 8-5 Team. Again we had a Sophmore at QB. Better results. Better season

2016- 4 losses worst team we lost to 24th ranked Auburn. Won our bowl game

Pretty much outside the 2 seasons we went 8-5 this was pretty pathetic. No bowl win. Middle of the pack in the SEC West. Lost to a sunbelt team.

I think it’s going to be about 8-4.

And I think that’s failure.

the highlightof 2017 was beating a 4 loss auburn team.

in 2015 we beat a 4 loss Florida team.

2015 arky was 8-5. youre just making shite up now.

LOL, Ark, OM, were a shell of former selves, Miles owns aTm, and Bama is the only loss in that group.
A loser is always easy to spot, trying to tear down all around him in order to improve perception of himself.
Cheerios were on the Saban attack yesterday.

Maybe 2018 will differ, but Orgeron hasn't exceeded Miles at anything except losing recruits so far.

My concern is that 8-4 means a worse bowl draw, which means an easier bowl opponent. Win that bowl game and idiots will be out in force saying “he went 9-4 against a tougher schedule, that shows improvement, blah blah blah.”

Book it.

In reality it would be a regression with one additional regular season loss.
