Neither Reese or Clark are villains. Both are high level competitors. And trash talkers. It’s a false dichotomy. Both are winners . Both talk shite. They’d make great teammates and probably will on an Olympic team some day. A tip of the hat to both. I’m glad the one on my team wears the crown.

Yeah I agree here.
This is to be expected when you play a game, no chance in hell everyone else on this board has not talked shite to someone else when in competition it’s human nature.
When Clark transfers here next year her and Reese will get along just fine. They will then talk mad shite to other teams together.

The only villain is the press. They are the ones who have had disparate reactions. Unfortunately a segment of the fan base is falling right into it and being lapdogs

This is why the media sucks. Regardless of your opinion on Reese’s behavior, the media could choose to focus on so many other positive storylines from yesterday but instead they are focused on making the controversy THE story.

Until Reese brought race into it I would agree. But watching reesecall Clark a hoe and point to her ring finger was tasteless trash bullshite. Their entire argument was because they felt Clark disrespected a SC player. Like what.

It’s low class when anyone does it after you’ve won, unless they’ve been in your face telling you you’re garbage. People can talk smack in a friendly way, but people just take it too far. Had Iowa win, and Caitlin had done that to one of our girls, I would’ve been livid!
