If LSU, A&M, and Bama all tie because each beat each other and lose to no one else, the tie breaker would be BCS ranking...which we all know would go to Alabama.

The tiebreaker would be the highest ranked team in the BCS amongst the 3 teams
Subject to one very HUGE caveat!

I'll go ahead and give you the serious answer.
BCS ranking would be the first deciding factor. BUT (and this is the biggest "but" ever), if the two highest ranked of the three (in the BCS) are within 5 spots of each other (as they certainly would be in your scenario), then it is decided by head-to-head between those two teams.

Yeah we already know a weak-schedule Bama that doesn't win it's division will beat out a conf champ with a tougher schedule so if Bama ties for division title it'll def get in

If Bama and aTm both win out does aTm get a rematch?

In case of a 3-way tie, fire Javi.

Somebody always says this shite. Fans say "we" "us" and "let's" all the time. GFY DIAF and all that other stuff. :)

What da buttsecks is dis?

I don't care if you say "us". I am wondering why you think we anonymous fans on the Internet can't talk hypotheticals.

Ok, so you don't have to DIAF then. :)
I answered the hypothetical (with a link too!).
The other comment was more about the fact that this whole site is ready to raise the SEC trophy and crystal ball. I'm very optimistic about this team, but we haven't played anybody yet. TCU might be ok to good. The other two are teams that CLM beats in his sleep, although not in a way that he and the team just did.
If they beat Auburn and UGA (particularly if convincingly), I think the train will be rolling big time. Trademark the Heismanbergers because they could be big in BR.
Sorry, GrandDad, if...

Is this even a real question? Alabama holds all tie breakers in that all games lost do not count. Hence the mulligan bowl.

I know that these are the rules, but it is beyond chickenshit that the conference record of the East schools that each play isn't used as a tie-breaker before this IMHO.

AU SHOULD be a convincing win, but it never seems to be. Against UGA I'd be thrilled with an ugly one point win.

Come on. You know the tie breaker, Saban.

You are right. I've seen LSU better and lose and worst and win. But for most years its been very close. LSU better not be looking ahead to Georgia.

Someone touched on this, but in reality, given the BCS factor (and if the top 2 are within 5 spots of each other), here is the very likely scenario:
Sept 14 - Bama beats A&M
Post game rankings: Bama(1), LSU(6), A&M (10)
Nov 9 - LSU beats Bama
Likely Post game rankings: LSU(1), A&M(5), Bama (6) -- based on typical poll system "last to lose drops below others"
Nov 23 - A&M beats LSU
Likely Post game rankings: A&M(2), Bama(3), LSU (5)
All 3 are road wins.
All 3 are within 5 spots of each other.
You can bet your fanny LSU would be lowest ranked of this scenario.
That leaves A&M and Bama to be the two which get the head-to-head tiebreaker applied.
RESULT: Bama goes to SECCG
