Football makes College Football Playoff
Baseball makes CWS Finals
Basketball makes Final 4
and do any of them happen in the next 3-4 years... i.e. Current and incoming freshman classes with current coaches

Maybe Mainieri is the closest at returning, also No Saban and no Big Blue Basketball, in Baseball.

Well considering that the baseball team just made a CWS Final in June I will state the obvious here.

Baseball since we have made it to CWS on a consistent basis, then basketball since I believe more in wade than O, and lastly football

I would like the answer to be simply yes. With a school like LSU with no in stare competition, there should be no trouble with all 3 at the very least making it that far.

It took from 2009 to 2017 for LSU Baseball to return to CWS FINALS.
I did specify Finals.
Anything but "easy"... if it was CWS, sure... could well be next season. But making it to Omaha and making it to the final series are 2 very different accomplishments.
