no LSU shouldn’t lose to Louisiana tech. That would be incredibly disappointing

LOL What??? There’s zero reason to lose to Tech (a second “Troy” in 2 years should get Alleva fired the next day).
That would be an indication of very serious long term consistency problems after having lost to Troy just the previous year. Unless of course Tech went undefeated, also beating MSU in the process.

Arkansas? I mean I guess I could stomach it if we beat AU, Bama, and UGA. It does mean the Iron Bowl winner would have to lose another West game for us to get into the SECCG. Even if we won the SEC, I could see us getting left out of the playoff with those 3 losses.

Miami? Sure, they’re potentially a really good team and it’s early in the season.

Good post Voodoo. I'm wondering why exactly we are paying Eaux. He seems to be responsible for nothing according to many posters. What's his job? The narrative changes so much and the excuses are so plentiful, it seems the head coach is just a figurehead with no real function where game planning is concerned

If you told me we beat UGA Auburn and Alabama and didn’t win a NC I’d be seriously disappointed.

Shot have you not seen people on here bemoaning the 2005 and 2006 seasons?

It would be a fun season but you have to make the most of your opportunities.

Gotta love when anyone on here considers themselves to be objective as they post their opinions.

Injuries happening in football is an objective fact. Arguments over the degreee to which they affect the performance of the team are inherently subjective.
