What exactly breaks the cycle of incompetence in Louisiana?

Really that's the root cause of the problem here.

I ask as someone who wanted to stay in state and had to leave because of the constant bullsh!t. Louisiana would be great except for the mismanagement and incompetence.

Already planning my exit when my son graduates from high school. This state will never be better, and never improve.

Constant good ole boy politics from the Police Jury, MOPC's, Sheriff departments, school boards, legislature, and governor's office means this state will always be 45th to 50th in every category with the exception of murder rates and STDs.

The LSU/Will Wade mess doesn't have much to do with my opinion here, as Wade did put the university in a tough spot, and the university admin has not handled it well.
