So he made Burrow become more accurate. He made the OL block better. He made our running back have better vision. He made our WR group catch everything. Guy should be a head coach in the NFL then.

I think this board is now more obsessed with Joe Brady than Saban.

He has already made it known he wants to stay in the NFL. And you have players saying he is the real deal and “will” be an NFL head coach.

If that is true, then there is no reason for him to go back to college as a HC

Anyone who thinks Bill O’Brien should even sniff another head coaching job is worse than brain dead.

He will get one no doubt, but will be hired by a fool.

So, offer 8 million a year HC position to a candidate with one year of coaching experience in D-1 college (as passing coordinator), no experience as Head Coach at any level and who does not care for recruiting?
Great idea!

Absolutely

I can guarantee he'd get great assistants on the Defensive side of the ball.

Young, Smart, Driven

I'd be on board

I don’t blame him, and if he wasn’t offered to not have to recruit then O really is a moron.

His X’s and O’s more than makes up for a lack in recruiting.
