With all due respect to the team that had Shaq, Chris Jackson, and Stanley Roberts together for a year...

I'd go with the 2006 juggernaut under John Brady.

I love this team especially because the first 6 guys were all from BR or the immediate area. Big Baby Davis and Tyrus Thomas were the core of a team that I consider the best ever assembled. They just dominated everybody until UCLA beat them in the final four.

My favorite team ever, mainly because of the local talent on it.

Swift was drafted in 2000.

I think it was Davis, Thomas, Mitchell, Mitchell, Temple.

The correct answer is 1981. It had not occurred to me that this was debatable.

Ok, I'm guilty of posting halfway thru a bottle of Stoli.

Tyrus Thomas was who I obviously meant.

Damn, tough crowd here...lol

Good team, no doubt. If the Chris and Shaq team had stayed together another year, I'd probably go with them. That team was arguably the more talented team. My sentimental favorite was the 1986 team. Had they not been hit with Chicken Pox and Wilson declared academically ineligible, they'd have gone down as one of the greatest teams in LSU history. Still an awesome team, but their run in the NCAA was a lot of luck. Some players just played above their ability, namely Don Redden RIP, he carried them. And the star of the team, John Williams just didn't have a good tourney. But to me, the '81 team was the greatest in LSU history. It was a solid veteran team. They didn't have as many future NBA players as 2006 or 1990, but they had been together for more years and played really solid ball.

We haven't seen it yet. It will be a basletball team coached by Wikk Wade.

Definition of dumbass is messing up the thread title and leaving it when you could easily edit it and move on but rather call people names
