What do we have to do to get the uniform upgraded from Nike to Jordan?

If it’s based on national recognition I think after this season we are well on our way to becoming one of the most recognized and respected teams in the country. It would be nice to go ahead and solidify what I view as the tier 1 uniform brand, if nothing else but for recruiting.

Uniform Brand Tiers:
1. Jordan
2. Nike
3. Adidas
4. Under Armour

I personally don’t want to see a basketball player on our football uniforms.

Your thread is weird. Bama, Ohio State, and USC - arguably the 3 best CFB programs of all time - are not Jordan

I agree. Why would we downgrade to Jordan. We are one of Nike’s biggest schools. It’s the swoosh not a basketball player

Hell no, and there is nothing different about Jordan brand than having a little basketball player on the jersey.

Only change that needs to happen is bringing back the full shoulder stripe.

Well I expect our football players to run while playing Football. I don't expect them to play basketball while playing football.

It wouldn't matter how highly rated the Jordan designs and fabric may be, how cost effective, or long-lasting.

As was mentioned and I second- it's got a lame logo.

Nobody in the NBA would want a logo on their jersey of a QB in the process of throwing a football. Substance normally outweighs style but in this case, the style is so bad it trumps all other possible advantages.

Absolutely not. A basketball player on a football jersey just looks dumb as hell.
