In the interest of full disclosure per the article the DA: 1. Has not seen the statement the alleged victim provided to DD's attorney allegedly recanting her story; and 2. Acknowledged that the alleged victim wanted to change her original statement but "did not say she wants the charges dismissed."

If verbal only you are correct. If it was recorded or in writing it can be used to cross examine her if she testifies at a trial to the extent it contradicts her sworn testimony. It can also be used by the DA to "weigh" whether or not to pursue charges, i.e., if the DA concludes that the alleged victim will not make a credible witness he is likely not to pursue the charges. Under those circumstances, the statement would have legal significance and depending on the content may determine if the charges will stick.

Idk Id that’s a joke but Jefferson is for real. We are fortunate he got qualified. When he camped he was shaking good dB’s out there shoes. People took notice because he was so skinny but balling on people

Well, Billy, I honestly feel that the term "savage" can be applied to any uncivilized person, regardless of race or gender. I'm not backing down. I'll fight with Admin if I have to (assuming Admin chooses to SPIN the true meaning of the word).
