is they absolutely brainwash and convince these kids that every game is all about their execution and what they do on the football field. Yeah I know that execution is one of the most critical aspects of the game, but there are certain players that fit certain schemes in football. There are players who only have a certain ability. Jennings for example can only do so much with what he has. Miles brainwashes him into thinking he does not execute, he does not do this and does not do that. It's not that Jennings isn't trying his best. It's just that he doesn't have the ability to execute these game plans and the schemes that we run. Watch Jennings post game interview and you will understand what I am saying. I got sad sitting here listening to the kid feed the media all this bullshite that the staff brainwashed him with. And it is not just him. The staff brainwashes many players into thinking that everything that goes wrong is their fault. It is never the coaching or the game plan it is always "the players not executing"

You obviously did not understand the point of my post. Yes the players need to execute and the coaches need to make sure they execute. What I was saying is that the coaches need to admit when their game plan just is not working. Admit that no matter if the game plan is executed better we will still have a steaming pile of shite of an offense because of THAT gameplan. It is all on the coaches to get the best out of their players and scheme around what they have.

Most coaches don't admit defeat. It will always be poor execution.

For coaches, it's just another excuse to not blame themselves.

The knock against miles era LSU has always been not preparing the team in the best manner to win

Execution is a byproduct of being prepared. That is the difference in LSU under Saban and miles. Always has been, probably always will be.

I;ve seen LSU under saban look just as clueless at times. We weren't some unstoppable force year in year out.

People are projecting Saban's success at Bama back onto LSU.

You can't execute a rushing offense with 9 guys in the box and running it right into a wall. How does he or anyone else know that Harris has the ability to lift the team up? And there is no creativity. And you definitely can't execute when the other team already knows the plays you are about to run.

Its like saying when the triple option is executed perfectly it can't be stopped. That's bullshite and there's a reason why 99% of teams don't run that shite anymore.

This guy gets exactly what I am saying. Players can only do so much with their ability. Some players fit certain schemes better than others. Some of our players do not fit our scheme and our scheme no matter how perfectly executed is not always going to work because it is so predictable.

Football is all about executing. A qb draw can go for an 80 yards td if executed right. Also, cfb coaches only have 20 hours week to practice, so that diminishes the amount of new plays the staff can implement each week.

We run this vanilla offense because of how bad Jennings and Harris were at executing.

The offense last year is what it looks like when people execute.

Furthermore i don't think there is any scheme that Jennings would look good at executing.

Is that we run the same shite so much that anyone with eyeballs can tell you which direction the run is going before the play because the fricking fullback puts that arm behind his back to let the running back know. He might as well point to the left and go "Hey everybody! We're going this way!"

yeah it is easy to throw out that number, but the difference between us and the 4th best offense was 31 yards a game.

But please roll your eyes like you found some big secret.

The offensive gameplan is directly related to the poor execution. This should be obvious to you.

All you have to do is look back a single season for examples.

31 yards per game is a big disparity....I bet the 4th rated offense doesn't have 2 wr, a RB, and QB starting in the NFL either

Well we're stuck with him and his outdated playbook for at least two more seasons. I myself will try to quit getting so frustrated but it is not easy to do.

I guess the narrative has changed from bashing miles because he wasnt putting enough offensive players in the nfl to finding away to shite on him when he does.

The people on this site and their ever moving goal post to find a way to shite on the program continues....
