Did you not see the perfect fade pass for a TD dummy?

when you add in what Harris did on the ground and the additional threat that brings his performance was way more than 'average'

It's not so much Harris as it was the pass blocking and receivers who were better after an abysmal EMU performance. Not that either were great. Harris will give you a few good throws and a few ducks

The ball was intended for dural man. The stupid tight end ran way too deep and almost f**ked the play completely up

Totally agree with the 2 minute offense comment at the end of he first half. Seen a lot of shaky stuff from Lsu in those situations in the past and Harris did a great job. Made some good passes, also had some poor ones. Overall I thought he had a good but not great day.

Same here.

He's done little to overwhelm, but seems to be doing ok. I think he had a good day yesterday.

He conpleted more than half his passes and didn't turn the ball over If he does that the rest of the way with the running game we have, we'll go undefeated.

Nothing. Haven't been impressed at all. 123rd in passing offense from a 5 star quarterback with 5 star receivers. Sorry, not drinking the kool aid. Gators have a defense, nobody else we have played has one. We are going to get stroked.

Speaking of "stroked", I bet you've stroked a lot of cocks.

18 completions in one game. When's the last time that's happened?

10/19/13 @ Ole Miss

Harris goes 18/28 for 228, 2 TDs, 0 ints. He had one bad drive, and another where he threw the ball away twice. I consider that a good day.

And I'm lol'ing if you think Florida and Bama and Ole Miss can't be thrown on. It wasn't like he was throwing to wide open dudes all day yesterday neither.

If we can get around his stat line every week, LSU goes undefeated.

True. Harris stood strong in the pocket and got hit in the mouth on that play which sent the ball higher than what he wanted. Harris played a great game, and barely passed the ball in the second half. He made very good decisions and was very accurate over all. Some people need to realize that every QB misses passes during a game. Harris played well.

Harris makes good decisions for the most part, but nobody makes the best decision every throw. He is inaccurate at times, and late on his throws half the time, but those can get corrected with many live game reps like yesterday. We need to throw more like we did yesterday to get him in the grove, and in rhythm.

We ran 83 plays yesterday (28 pass 55 run). If we can give Harris around 25 passes per game the next two games, it would help him immensely going into the bye. It also helps the pass catchers as well. Building that chemistry is crucial for the final stretch.

People probably don't realize that Harris was very inaccurate and raw before he came to LSU. This is only his 4th year actually playing football in a live game environment. He's going to mature and be better than we've ever had by the time he is finished at LSU, and I truly believe that. It's a process though, and everybody has to be on the same page.
