SE called most, but not all plays this year

You mean the plays that Brady brought to the playbook? Cause E didn’t have those plays, know how to design those plays, nor know how to implement those plays in the 2018 season. If E called the plays it was in conjunction with Brady teaching him how that type offense worked.

My bad.

Then Ryan Day was the highest highest OC last year at $1.2. Sark is the highest this year at $1.55, from what I could find.

If there is a way to get FW back on the staff we gotta do it. I’m hoping we can find a spot for him.

Anyone know what the latest with this is?

i’m torn on this one.

dude obviously earned a raise. a big one.

but how much of what we are seeing is an absolute “perfect marriage” with him and Burrow that never even comes remotely close to half as good without both of them together?

Well of course it is. But we had Burrow last year running an offense he’d never run and wasn’t suitable to maximize his skills. The only thing different this season is Brady and his offense. Without that factor we are not sitting at 13-0 this season. Will we automatically win another SEC title next season just because Brady is here again? No. But we’ll be a MUCH better program and have much better odds to succeed with a new QB than we would without him.

I thought it was said that Ensminger calls 1st and 2nd down, Brady calls 3rd and 4th, plus red zone. No?

Not sure. All I’m saying is these plays and this concept didn’t exist at LSU until Brady. If E called plays- Brady showed him how to get it done.
