...he is guilty?
...he has been lawyered-up and muzzled?
...he has been told to let the dust settle and all will be well?
...he has been told he won't be back, so who cares?
...other opinions?

He's listening to his lawyers. Generally a good move.

Silence does not infer guilt.

Wade has already made a statement this is why. The ball is in LSU’s court to get things moving forward if anything does before mid April. I wouldn’t expect to hear a statement from Wade unless LSU sets a meeting without the ncaa present

"I lie awake, staring out at the bleakness of Megadon. City and sky become one, merging into a single plane, a vast sea of unbroken grey. The Twin Moons, just two pale orbs as they trace their way across the steely sky. I used to think I had a pretty good life here, just plugging into my machine for the day, then watching Templevision or reading a Temple Paper in the evening. My friend Jon always said it was nicer here than under the atmospheric domes of the Outer Planets. We have had peace since 2062, when the surviving planets were banded together under the Red Star of the Solar Federation. The less fortunate gave us a few new moons. I believed what I was told, I thought it was a good life, I thought I was happy. Then I found something that changed it all..."

What can be said is that me refreshing this board a hundred times a day hoping to see Wade reinstated is simply not coming to fruition

If he was really muzzled would he be talking to his assistants and the team?

It isn’t his silence that’s incriminating.

He’s doing what is best for his team. He understands that nothing he does or says is likely to get him back on the bench this season, so he is laying low so as to not be a further distraction for his team.

He probably can't do his radio show while he's suspended.

You do understand the difference between speaking to players and the acting coach versus releasing public statements while suspended right?

Exactly. He loves his players and is trying to, at this point, give them the best chance of winning. How would him making public statement benefit the players at all? Or anybody, really?
