1. Able to read a defense pre and post snap
2. Accuracy
3. Pocket Presence / ability to extend the play in the pocket
I feel like the offense could be designed to hide a QB with a weak arm if he has the above qualities.

Coachable,can hit tight windows, can throw well on the run

1) high football IQ - ( good pre/post snap reads, knows the offense, quick and great decision maker, knows when to maneuver the pocket to make throws or scramble).
2) accuracy - ( great ball placement, throws on time and can throw with touch or zip it when necessary).
3) leader - ( exhibit how to prepare your mind and body during practice and workouts to your teammates how much effort it takes to be a champion, make your teammates believe and compete no matter the circumstances ).
