Going to need Sloan to take a step forward with playcalling.

Strength…..Team Character;
Best QB, Great Coaching Staff, Overall Talent in all three phases of the game.

Potential weaknesses: injury bug to a few key positions.

Playoff team with excellent chance to take it all. Geaux Tigers!!

Personally I think our only glaring “weakness” or concern is OL going into fall camp. I think the safety room is going to be vastly improved and the RB room has a lot of young talent, with Durham leading the way with solid experience as a freshman.

There's no doubt Durham is talented with the ball in his hands, the question is, how has he developed with picking up blitzes and blocking?

I would suspect opposing teams will blitz more than usual with the youth at OL. They are talented, but a bit inexperienced.

If our RBs cannot block, Nuss will struggle to get the ball to our talented receivers.

Yea BK is a weakness. He has only won 29 games in 3seasons played in the SEC champ game his 1st year without any quality depth on the O/D lines because of how EO left the program. Why don’t you miserable so called fans go root for USL.

I concur, that Clemson game is going to be trouble for our young OL, those Clemson DL are projected to go in the draft Top 5, 2 of them are. They(OL) will get severely tested right out the gate.
If it’s shaky, us Fans have to understand Clemson has the best DL in the country. If they hold up in this game their confidence goes through the roof.

Offensive Tackle and the safety spot next to Haulcy are my only areas of concern. Adams, Davis, Cooley are the biggest X Factors on this team.

All skill positions are a strength.
Weaknesses or at least unknown are Oline center and tackles, defense being able to minimize huge plays. Lots of new talent that has to gel.

Favorable schedule again. Don’t play the top three SEC opponents; Texas, Georgia, Tennessee.

I think getting over the game 1 funk is hugely important.

Roster is deep, skill players are there, schedule is tough, but manageable.

Only problem, Clemson might just be better than we are.

This team, on paper, is a playoff team. That's the strength.

The weakness is coaching. Can our head coach keep them prepared for an entire season? Can our DC scheme to stop an offense with a mobile QB? Will our ST be better? Can our OC be consistent during a game?

I don’t feel like I’ve seen a real LSU defense in several years now. I’ll leave it at that
