You're out of line on Nuss.

No reason to play in that bowl game when it's the difference between 3 more years of eligibility and 4.

This is why people claim the greatness of Nuss?

I've seen plenty of posts dogging Daniels and for what reason.

If Nuss wins the job, Brennan and Daniels will immediately become endowed with super powers by the Rantards.

Nuss will suddenly become a pile of crap as the chorus of cries by the baws on here scream for him to benched.

That's how the Rant works.

Yeah. Not fair either, considering the work coaches have done and are doing to improve his footwork and mechanics.

I'd love to see him start for LSU.

ETA: I've also seen posts claiming that people don't like Daniels because he's black.

Nuss wont start because he quit on this team last year and forced the staff to play a guy who hasnt taken a snap since High School.
I don't have a problem with Nuss sitting out the bowl game. It would've burned an entire year of eligibility, and it was a shitty bowl with half our team gone.

If Nuss were my son, I'd have told him to sit out the bowl.

Honestly, it's pretty fricking disgusting that so many supposed LSU fans are so hateful towards a guy that's stuck with LSU so loyally.
how is saying that Brennan won't be drafted being "hateful?"

It's just our opinion. Nothing "hateful" about it.

Check the guy I replied to. He trashes Brennan every chance he gets.

I think you took an honest assessment as a personal attack. I agree that I could see him going Undrafted and I would love to see him win the job. At least to start off the year.

No, the specific poster I replied to makes a habit of trashing Brennan.

He's one of many.

I just want the best QB to play.
I hope it is Myles myself because all those good recievers will get wasted with a running QB.

Plus we have two 5* recievers committed.

Loyalty: as in entered the transfer portal and had to be persuaded to stick around

Yeah that’s true, just not sure if thats was a case of putting his name in the portal so he had options f the new coaches made it clear he was unwanted. But I always wonder about people talking about the loyalty aspect when he did out his name in the portal.

Experience: as in less experience than Daniels

More SEC experience though

citing the above as why it will be Brennan is a stretch at best.

That is absolutely true. The coaches should, and I think will, pick the QB who gives them the best chance of winning. Experience may be a minor factor, loyalty will be no factor. Understanding and execution of the plays during practice will be far more significant

Brennan should transfer to SLU or Nicholls to get some play

Time for Brennan to just face facts and hit the road

This is ridiculous. Its the 4th day of camp. There are no facts concerning QB play at this point. As for Brennan, while not a fact, I would bet a lot of money that he will take meaningful snaps for LSU at some point this season.

That’s not how it’s going to happen this time. Nuss is going to perform extremely well and no one will be calling for Myles or Daniels because everyone has assured me that they trust our coaches to make the best decision regarding the qb
