I'd just like to say I was completely wrong and happy to be completely wrong. I was worried that Miles would choose loyalty to his buddies over making a needed change.
Turns out, he managed to do both by giving them time to find other jobs and patiently but steadily doing what needs to be done.
All's well that ends well. Kudos to all the folks on this board who expressed justified confidence in Coach Miles.

I would say he showed a degree of loyalty, helping him get somewhere else.
