Didn't think we were under investigation?

You're delusional if you really believe the NCAA isnt investigating us right now.

They could be, but we don't know for certain, especially since Wade refused to speak with Alleva and F King with the NCAA present.

Considering this is an FBI investigation, the NCAA likely has the same amount of information as we all do right now; Wade was caught on a wiretap talking about an "offer". That's not a lot to build a case on right now.

I’m gonna enjoy the hell out of every game LSU wins, especially because some day, after the NCAA has profited, it will tell us that this run never happened.

Why you mad at him? He writes an article saying he hopes we win it all, to expose the hypocrisy of the NCAA, and plus he proves himself knowledgeable on LSU lore and has the finesse and nuance to include a coded message that the world can STTDB, by titling his article...
"Talking Out The Side Of Your Neck".

He's my new favorite sportswriter.

Yep. LSU colluded to pay players with no proof and Trump colluded with the russians with no proof. The media today. Nothing but sensationalism and clicks.

BREC players?

The 2006 Final Four team was pretty much built on the backs of a group of kids from BR and the surrounding areas who had played together since childhood in the BR parks system leagues (BREC), despite playing at a variety of BR area high schools like McKinley, U-High, Denham Springs, etc.

Big Baby Glen Davis, Tyrus Thomas, Garrett Temple, etc. had all played on teams coached by Temple's dad Collis Temple Jr, IIRC, and Temple Jr is/was a huge LSU booster as he was the first black player on the school's basketball team.

Given coach John Brady's complete reliance on superstar players like the ones above and Stromile Swift before them, and his total inability to make on court adjustments in the NCAA tournament against Wisconsin in the Sweet 16 and UCLA in the Final Four, I think we can chalk up the success on those teams to the players and not the coach.
