Does he though? Serious question. I don't know anything about him other than he was highly rated out of H.S.and he's at a thin position depth-wise. Moving Ward to corner doesn't show much confidence in him unless the staff knew he was leaving before bowl practice began. All that said...him leaving is just a rumor right now.

They were planning on redshirting to develop his body. He came in light and a little raw. But he has really good talent, I would have expected him to play in the bowl game and compete in the Spring for a Starting spot.

Not everyone excluded from the depth chart is unavailable.
I'm not saying he's available, but I wouldn't assume he's unavailable based on this depth chart.
Derrick Davis will be traveling with the team. He's not listed on the depth chart at either RB or DB. I assume that he's available at both.
