They charged him with less than 1 gram of possession with a value of 1 dollar. Not only that, but when he was being pulled over he called 911 to let them know he was going to pull over in a well lit area. And the cops are claiming he used that extra time to throw the cocaine on the windshield of the car, and then try to wipe it off with the windshield wipers/fluid (???)

1) How do you throw cocaine onto the hood of your car while it is moving?
2) Windshield wiper fluid would be good for anything on the windshield, not hood.
Cop was ticked he didn't pull over right away and framed him. I bet the dash cam and body cam were "malfunctioning" at the time.
