I would almost count on one Friday. They won't take a chance on Saturday if rain chances stay decent after what happened last weekend.

We’re going to need Dutton and Bucknam to get it together. They’ve got stuff, Bucknam could be a long guy if he puts it together.

ETA: I think Dutton’s best role is as a short reliever.

Friday and Saturday games are on SECN+ so they have a lot of flexibility on when to play those. Thursday night is on SECN so I would guess they will do everything they can to get that one played on schedule. Plus current forecast has rain in the morning on Thursday.

I sure hope LSU does everything they can to complete all 3 games after the crap we gave South Carolina.

Jay Johnson has shown this year he is very proactive in dealing with weather games.

After last year, I think Jay knows what he has with Dutton.

He liked what he saw in Bucknam vs Nicholls and gave him a shot under the lights Thursday.

I hope we can start flexing a bit offensively and let them guys figure it out in SEC games, but necessarily "high pressure" situations.

Maybe dumb question, but if I Have Friday night tickets and Saturday is moved to double header, which game are Friday night tickets for normally in that situation ?

Fortunately the games are here and not at a 2nd rate program like USCe, so we should be able to reschedule appropriately around the weather.

Jay will absolutely do what it takes to get all 3 games in. Can’t afford to have another conference game cancelled.

If that happens, the school/LSU Baseball is pretty good about announcing which tickets go for which game.

If Sherman would have founded LSU in San Diego we wouldn't have these problems.

But then we would be California State University at San Diego better known as San Diego State.

At least we would have had a good run in basketball.

Coaches Committee crawfish boil, scheduled for this Saturday, has been moved to April 29th due to rain. Decision comes from coaches office. IMO, an early indicator that Saturday's game will likely be moved to Friday.

Coaches all commit to do everything they can to play every game but guys like Corbin & SC Coach get dirty once the play begins.
