We must have a 2 QB system now.

I dont mean a 50/50 playing ratio but at least some quality playing time for Nuss. We can't resort back to the Les Miles system where our #2 get 3 minutes of garbage time in 4th quarter. This situation is much different. Some quality plays with Nuss would boost his confidence and talented abilities. He needs time on the field. We can't all hold our breaths every time Max gets a serious hit. Nuss must be ready if Max gets hurt. Sorry if I have jinxed the season.

Its football, people get hurt. Nuss will get backup qb reps like any other backup QB. You do not take reps away from Max since you know you are going with him. I just hope we have a QB that can make the reads on a consistent basis.

What team have you seen that plays a backup anytime but garbage time? Especially 2 similar skill sets

When have you ever seen this be successful? Certainly not when we had Joe Burrow. What about JaMarcus and Matt Flynn? Matt Flynn didn’t get significant time to prepare him. What about Rohan and Mauck? Mauck never saw the field when Rohan was playing healthy. If they have the talent, they don’t need to mess up the rhythm of the starter to get better.

Let me clarify myself. I Never meant constant rotation. I meant give him a couple of series during prime time. Absolutely not if the outcome is questionable. Even Fans can see when we are dominating our oponents. This is the time I'm referring to. Everyone is jacked off at a different angle.

What your saying makes absolutely no sense. You want to take out our starter during a “PRIMETIME” game to frick up his rhythm and momentum, so you could get our BACKUP(who was our 3rd string) some reps during a game were still fighting to win most likely, just to give him experience?? Smh
