We must come to this realization. The future is bright.

When nine of fourteen schools will be looking for a new coach in a single off season, LSU is in a great spot...especially for early signing in December.

Beat A&M and we're 6-2 in conference. Just take a look around and keep things in perspective.
I didn't love the hire, but O has continued stability and success.
18 straight 8 win seasons.
LSU is still the most consistent program of the 21st century....one that is nearly a fifth expired!

Do you want consistent 8 win seasons or do you want championships?

Idk about you but I don't care about how many years in a row we can win at least 8 games when we're usually double digit favorites in our 4 non conference games before the season even starts.

And most will hire superior head coaches to O. That isnt too bright in the long run.

Which is what he said he would do.... As long as he is winning 10+ a year and challenging for an SEC Championship the fan base is content.

Yep! The O leaches are looking for something to feel good about today and 9 schools are looking for a real head coaches. And I bet they aren’t searching for a half arse line coach to run their teams.

Careful, wanting to win championships is considered a bad thing among the Orgeron fan club. They’re going to say you’re “entitled”. Follow my lead...

Eight win seasons! Yay!!!

The schedule next year is brutal. There is potential for a historic season or a disaster.

Yeah, I am taking a wait and see approach on O. We go into next year's schedule with a new QB and no proven playmakers on offense. And the 2018 recruiting class is uncertain at best at this point. I like how the team has rallied after Troy, but lets face it, we have played some bad teams. Way too early to say that the future is bright. I guess the future looked bright at this time in 1987 in Archer's first year.

Bruh go take your stupid, negative arse to somebody else's board with that bitching. Since all other "9" schools are looking for coaches here's your chance to get the frick and go bitch for one of them.

It's his first year and the first time LSU has played this many freshman with so much success and especially on the OL. The DL has made huge strides, the linebackers are young and getting experience, the young QB got a little experience, the safety position is getting experience, WR position is young and getting experience.

Talent at QB is getting better. The only question next year will be at RB, QB, WR and Secondary. Only positions out of those 4 that lack superior talent is at RB and WR. I'm not too concerned about RB. The corner spot, QB, and WR will be our weak areas unless the young guys coming in make that much difference. If that happens then QB might be our only real concern which is pretty much always the case. There shouldn't be these crazy expectations on Myles or LN which is a positive. They can just work quietly and sneak up on everyone.
