They finished 6-7 with 7th loss being an embarrassment. We are heading in a different direction.

I'm not even going to laugh at Florida for their loss today. Bowl season is such a joke now. I do enjoy Florida had a horrible season though.
And I will still watch and root for any LSU game regardless of opt outs. I look forward to all LSU games, but I hate all the opt outs. I understand it, but don't like it.

True, but ending the season on a 3-game losing skid would not be a good look for Kelly or the program.
We need to beat Purdue, particularly given the fact that they will be without a big part of their offensive threat.

It's not so much that Floroda lost, it's how they lost. I don't see that happening against Purdue. I do think that LSU is in a no win situation though. If they win, it's ho hum. If they lose, it's a pretty bad loss to end on, especially considering it's a 3 game losing streak.

After the season we had that nobody was expecting winning the SEC west, we can’t end the season with 5 losses and a 3 game losing streak.

Unless of course you missed that stellar 13-10 win where Jefferson DNP, an embarrassing loss to A&M, and the back up QB threw for more yards in the 2nd half against UGA than the starting QB did in the entire Ark game.
This bowl game is no certainty either.
If LSU loses the bowl game, what direction is that?
I'm sure Big Game Brian Kelly will have the Tigers ready to go.
