For your perusal. All rankings were at the time of game. This is post-Shriner’s weekend. I’m not accepting mediocrity at LSU; I think we have talent, I think we have played and coached like crap thus far. But I was just looking at other scores and thought I would share.

You can't lose games and go undefeated!

Tigers have never lost games and won the CWS!

My overall conclusion is that the rankings are crap.

This early in the season they are for sure

It’s just frustrating but there’s plenty of time for this team to work out the kinks & do big things

I wasn't expecting to win every game. It's part of the reason I never freak out over a midweek loss. It's more concerning that we have lost to every decent team we have played so far. It's not just a one off thing. It's also the way we have been losing. We just haven't looked like a good baseball team.

No one gives a shite about any of those scores in March. The problem is the way we've looked while winning/losing. Some of yall are paying way too much attention to early season wins and losses

What's the point in researching all those scores to say:

Not concerned about losing. Every team loses. It is the way we are losing especially to the better teams. We are losing because of all three phases of the game. i think we will hit and field better. Pitching , starting pitching concerns me the most.

Thats all great and everything.

The fact is if you don't see problems with this team, you either have your hand in the sand or you don't know anything about baseball.

My gosh. There is going to be an assload of college baseball HC openings next year when all these coaches inevitably get fired for losing a midweek game.

This is the perfect opportunity for our rantard experts to scoop up a job and show us how coaching college baseball is supposed to be done.

Having your hand in sand would prevent one from seeing?

Pretty much the same. The entire Texas A&M series was difficult to watch. Also frustrating, because I know we're better than that, but didn't play like it

I’m not THAT bored. Just kidding, good question that most of us know the answer to already. I did hear that Vandy’s SS has 7 errors already so far this season. I was surprised.

Sadly, A&M looked like the better coached and prepared team.

They were. In my years of doing BPB, this is the worst defensive team I've seen so far, and that's what killed us.

I'm always excited to watch baseball, especially LSU baseball, but this has been a miserable season to be a Tiger baseball guy. Hardly anything has gone right. Stubbing your toe here and here is one thing, but kicking the coffee table repeatedly with the same toe in the same spot is another thing altogether. I'm ready for something to flip the script - take 2 out of 3 in Gainesville would do the trick.
