They are less boring. Also unlike baseball, a ground ball is rarely an easy out for the girls. Makes things interesting.

I agree completely. I also find softball to give me more anxiety than baseball. I think it's all the cheering they do

Overall
Softball is so much quicker and not just because of the fewer innings. Fewer breaks and commercials. Quicker plays etc. can easily watch multiple games.

I don't want to get into comparing softball and baseball, but this game went right at two hours.
Yes, I do like the quicker pace. And for me personally in watching live, I enjoy my fan experience at Tiger Park more than at the Box.

Damn UCLA fans bitching about the umps. Well Griggs checked her swing and Andrews was safe on second. Plus the strike zone was brutal for Allie compared to the bruin's pitcher

I watched the game that home plate ump was just terrible. The pitcher nor the hitters knew where the strike zone was. Great win though
