No. They finished poorly but won on the road without your 2nd or 3rd most important player in a game Tennessee absolutely needed. Also the team has no depth and half of them play 35 mpg so running them this late in the season is stupid.

This game illustrates that Fargas’s recruits Ward, Hall, Ware, etc. will be playing at places like Nicholls and McNeese next season. They are incapable of contributing any meaningful minutes in a big SEC game.

Ward is a walk on.....
Hall is not even with the team, she may not even be here next season, she has dealt with knee issues.
Ware? Idk what will happen with her long term but Kim wasn't throwing a true freshmen with zero experience into the fire. She was going to go down with the seniors.

You would not have had Newby, Gusters, and Morris and would be depending on players whose asses never leave the bench under Mulkey for meaningful minutes.
Combine that with Fargas’s don’t-give-a-shite attitude and this team is probably around .500 overall and 6-10 in the SEC.
