If they can find a 6’4+ who can score 15 or more consistently against SEC teams they can be special next year.

I know one and she already has purple and gold blood coursing through her veins.

They don't need to be 6-4. They need to be skilled and able to move their body, especially feet, like an athlete. Koval looks like she's moving in dry sand

I agree.

I’m watching usc and Oklahoma, both teams overall look physically bigger, but usc is just quicker and making the right decisions

Is there really a WBB player named “Dike”?

If so…you just can’t make that stuff up!

If Koval had Knox attitude & toughness or Knox had Koval 6'-5" size, we would have a badass center

Bigs that can play not just take up space.

Yes and be tall, 6’4 at least, good hands and able to lay it back in. Unfortunately there aren’t that many available.

Go get Essence Cody AND Naomi Jones from Bama. Kristi Curry is gone. They could follow her but if they want to stay in the SEC those 2 plus Koval and Knox and Lampley and Z. Johnson if you want to go small should be more than enough. With the guard play to give multiple lineup looks with different levels of athleticism, defense and scoring.

They need athletic bigs

Madison Francis from MS State would be an awesome plug and play.

6'2" True freshman. 13.2 ppg, 7.4 rebs, and a nation leading 2.8 blocks per game.

Kamile Pierre if she enters the portal again. Vandy would be a legit national title contender if she had stayed.

Great player but we already have great players that fit her profile. Like everyone is saying we need a dominant skilled 6-4 or taller post player. I know Angel Reese was only 6-3 but she is a one of kind. Obviously there are not that many type of players so not sure if they will be available in the portal.

Not sure she sees herself as a post player down the road.

I love Kate but she has jello hands. Not sure that can be coached.

Strong hands, like strong anything, mostly come from repetitive tasks that require strength to accomplish properly. So yes, there are drills and strength conditioning that can help with that. It can be coached, or maybe trained is a better way to say it.

In the year she was second in rebounds (Amiya was first), first if you break it down to rebounds per minute played. She was second in blocked shots with 43; Fullwiley was first with 50 (that is an amazing stat). Again, though, if you break it down based on minutes played, it's Koval.

Her issue is her hands; if she can work on that, she may become a monster rebounder.
