If tweet fails to load, click here. Both teams expected to get significant payout to participate
LSUs OOC expected to now have at least 3 top 25 teams

That’s pretty cool. If I were nearby I’d definitely try to go.

UCONN in early polls are ranked second , maybe a tad high .
LSU is 10th maybe a tad low .
Just my opinion

Early rankings don’t mean much but tenth forecasts us just outside the Elite Eight. I think that’s right on the money for this team at this point.

The development of Koval will be key in how far this team goes . .

I understand why the schools agree to it (payout, plus avoiding the disadvantage of being a true road team), but I don't like the neutral site big games....in any college sport. At least in the regular season. The atmosphere a big home game creates is part of the appeal of college sports.
A game at a location several hundred to over 1,000 miles away in UConn's case from each school's campus creates a sterile, often half capacity environment

I agree. And I'm a big Mulkey fan, but I wish she'd schedule more of these pre-conference. doesn't have to be all of them, just more than one.
