For what was essentially one big woman pushing another down. No punches thrown.

But it’s woman. If it was guys wouldn’t make the news. Woman’s sports are that hard up for headlines.

I feel like the real winners here at the heads of league officiating.

In all of the big to-do, they’re skating by with exactly zero of the attention. Thats honestly where everyone needs to be yapping.

I agree. They should have just given her a tech, throw her out whatever and restart the game in 2 minutes. Them stopping the game for 20 minutes made it a much bigger ordeal

It was a shove and a push down, nothing more. LSU shoves USC player and another USC player retaliated, period.

My take is different . It will put the spotlight on future games, and the need to control the game.

The reaction to Mulkey’s comments are essentially what wrong with the world. People are way too sensitive and being “tough” and gritty is now considered classless.

Who would have known that “pick on someone your own size” would be such a derogatory sentence.

Mulkeys comments are way overblown

The brother running on the court was still trashy

Just note who is raising so much anti-Mulkey hell: ESPN, USA Today, every black podcaster, The A.P., Yahoo Sports, etc. Hoping she remains quiet as this will blow over with all the NFL free agency talk starting up. NO ONE in the media has picked up on the punch this thug threw in her Brazile game. Or the complaints coming from S.Car.'s game against UNC recently. Or from UConn early in the season.

I agree. It’s easy to see what media types are driving it. And they’re doing it because they know LSU will win the next time they meet. USCe doesn’t get punched like the way LSU punches them. They were frustrated. They pretty much had the game won but did the “shove.” Usually the loser wants to fight. Alot was revealed in that game. LSU is tougher than I thought.

They’re going to try to make an example out of us. They’re going to be watching them like a hawk. Wouldn’t be surprised if Angel is fouled out pretty quick as some kind of retribution by the NCAA.

They are setting things up to make an example of LSU. They are now going to call every ticky-tacky foul imaginable on LSU to ensure LSU does not win another NC. The ESPN’s, CNN’s and the rest of the liberal media hate Mulkey because she didn’t overtly support Brittney Griner and doesn’t support the woke agenda. Because they hate Mulkey, they will do everything they can to see that Mulkey and LSU do not repeat as NC’s.

It’s the only way to draw attention to WBB. It’s a snoozer. It always has been and it always will be. Geaux Tigers!

That whole scene was basically caused by and then greatly exacerbated by the officiating team.

Why would they think that?

It’s been a minute since we’ve beaten SC

If a 6’6” male player knocked the crap out of a 5’9” guard blindside like that there would have been a huge melee and punches probably would have been thrown. Quit acting like if it was guys would be no big deal.

The most annoying part is how it triggers all the victims on this site. When you start making up scenarios to get yourself upset, you’ve crossed into victims land.

indeed.

While publicly officials will condemn it, behind the scenes they are all high-fiving. Womens basketball was the talk of the town and people were talking about it, playing clips nonstop.
