Not really. We just have gentleman's disagreements about the qualities LSU coaches should have.

The big disagreement is my "opinion on Wade," which is really only an opinion on his fanboys who overhype Wade.

Agree with you. If I'm remembering correctly and well could be wrong but I seem to remember that WBB had gotten to a financial break even point with Pokey because of the success. I could see Kim pulling fans in like they somewhat do for gymnastics, although there are a lot more basketball games than home gym meets. Bus she will be as big of a draw as her teams will be IMO. Hoping the insiders in this thread and the one a few days ago are correct. Would love to have Mulkey at LSU!

What does race have to do with anything? Nikki isn't doing the job she was hired to do. Not ranked in the top 25 ever and haven't won a NCAAT game in 8 years.

No we don't. We support getting the best coach for the job, regardless. Stop trying to incite a race war and stop putting words in our mouths.

"Qualities" referred to coaching skill, recruiting, etc. It was not a euphemism for race. I think LSU needs to cure the dearth of black head coaches, but I don't limit my analysis to race.

That’s not the biggest disagreement. You have defended Johnny Jones as a coach when his performance as a coach could no longer be defended. Jones is a Tiger and a great guy but he was fired because he stunk as a head coach. Yet you have defended him as if LSU fired John Wooden.

If you’re going to have bad opinions whose only defenses are based on your transparent agenda, at least be honest about it.

You often allude to race in your posts when talking about getting rid or replacing Nikki.

Should we not try to improve our program by upgrading to a proven coach who 3 time national champion by bringing her back to her home state? Or does it matter more that we hire a black coach here?

Scanned ur older posts. The only info you seemed to have was that LSU was hiring Nielsen which obviously turned out wrong.

Maybe you got your info guy confused?

The new WBB Coach better be a Hammond native and the mom of an ex-LSU baseball player!

I like Kim Mulkey, but I suspect her time has passed. It is a different world out there, and a young black coach brings some unique attributes into play.

You can see it with Coach Jones. Texas Southern has limited resources, yet he got them to the tournament (and they lost to the same team that beat LSU).

Being young and black doesn't bring shite to the table if you can't coach or recruit worth a shite.

And yet with the No. 1 overall pick in the draft, he couldn't even make the fricking NIT.

BTW, I'm an old Black Man.
