Watford had as many technical fouls as he did rebounds

Yeah, the rebound stat was quite odd when you consider that Hyatt played exactly half the minutes that Watford played and grabbed 3 even though Watford has 4-5 inches on him.

Can't get the playground out of him. That crap works in pick-up games but not NCAA. He has got to stop and WW needs to punish him for these chicken crap incidents.

He probably will play in the NBA but he won't get drafted nearly as high as he should, as a 6'9" perimeter player who can penetrate and score the ball.

But I hate that crappy attitude that keeps costing us points.

He’s got to understand that there’s a fine line between being cocky and arrogant, and being just plain stupid and selfish. If he figures that out, he’ll be fine.

WW is a gigantic vag and has ZERO control over the players. It transcends into fundamentals and attitude.
Outside of recruiting, he's just crap

ESPN may not be the best draft projector, but one recent projection on their website did not have Watford in the first 60 players to be drafted.

IMO, Watford has some good offensive skills for his size. But he is lacking in several areas in his game on offense and defense as well as maturity. His athleticism is good for the college game, but is not to the elite level needed to excel in the NBA. The limited upside because of the athleticism is the biggest reason his draft stock is not as high as he would like, IMO.

Watford is more concerned about getting his hands on the ball after makes than after misses.

Refs are thin skinned and people here hate Watford for some reason.

I'm not sure if I would say hate Watford is accurate. He is tanking, NBA mock drafts are showing it. I looked on several mock drafts to see where he was projected. I finally found him on an obscure website tankathon and their mock draft. He was projected as the 55th pick. This from the guy that was supposed to be one and done. He sees this and is getting frustrated and it is showing on the court. Rather than working harder on his game, he is getting angry and playing poorly.

I think he has great potential, but it appears the entitlement of being a first round pick has worn off.

Watford drove to the basket and made a shot. State player unsuccessfully tried to draw a charge and fell down. Watford caught the ball and intentionally laid it in his lap while he's still on the ground. Ref was standing right there and called the technical.

The question is why he hasn’t learned his lesson? The answer is, no enforcement of discipline from WW. Hopefully for Watford’s sake, he grows up and changes his attitude, because as of now, he won’t get drafted.

I hate that he hasn’t figured out he’s a marked man when it comes to refs paying him extra attention after he makes plays. Smart on the other hand has controlled himself better of late. The LeBlanc T was bullshite.

I think it's just moronic that the guys that are supposed to be the adults in the room (the refs) are so fricking petty that they penalize guys for having fun.

Or in the case of either the Georgia game or the South Carolina game, they call a random tech to make sure the spread doesn't get covered.
