You are allowed to request an evaluation twice before being forced to remain in the draft.
Regarding Naz, he's 100% gone, BUT you can now hire an agent and return to school as long as you fire them before the draft.

If you had any credibility, you lost it when you said Reid can come back unless he hired an agent.

Every one of them could come back if hey wanted according to the new rules. However, from a pragmatic perspective, Naz and Waters won’t be back. The others I am confident will return since hey won’t be drafted.

There is a slim possibility Waters could return. You can be evaluated twice, and he’s still taking classes at LSU. He could fire his agent before the draft and still come back. Not saying it will happen, but I think there’s a small possibility he does it.

I believe he can still come back even with the agents that’s the new rule this year as long as he drops that agent on the deadline date and he participates in the combine
