Most Tiger fans are grateful for the outstanding year we've had the pleasure to watch. BUT. There are some fans who are not happy unless they can pick out flaws to compensate for their own shortcomings.
You need a kick in the. BUT.
And these guys are so clueless that they actually believe the target at 40 yards is just as small as the target at 10 yards. The target at 40 yards is at least 10 feet by 10 feet - the WR makes an easy *adjustment.

Gotta be one of the football-stupidest melts this entire season!!

*like a center-fielder taking 3 steps to make an easy catch.

Sorry bud. Dead wrong.

Played the position.
Coached the position. In fact, many QBs through the years. I'm not a 22 y o video game jockey. Got a couple of guys that I coached who played QB in P&G. I know what I know.
In stride is the "gold standard" Just watch on Sundays. The best do it all the time. They get paid well. The rest of them go sell insurance or whatever. Joe will get even better and will be a great NFL QB. Has all the qualities. Just hasn't developed that one fully yet.

Now go back to whatever it is that you know well. It is not this.

No, Slick. Not ALL the time. Not even HALF the time, on average, .

The average NFL QB accuracy rate on throws over 20 yards is 46.6%.

And "accuracy" is a highly subjective stat on a long pass. A WRs ability to change stride to adjust to the arc and distance of the ball has a great affect on so-called "accuracy".

Like big league outfielders. Some make every catch look in-stride-and-effortless and some strain and misjudge many of the balls hit to them.

BTW, the highest NFL completion rate on 20+ yard passes is 50.9%. Burrow's is 56.9%

Receivers look like they bailed him out on several underthrown balls. Gotta give a lot of credit to that WR group....they definitely made some plays for their QB. I think we'll be fine against OU but underthrown balls will definitely be challenged in a much bigger way VS OSU or Clemson.

TigerFan244

You just had the best QB in LSU history do things never done in the SEC, and you post this in a thread. You do not appear to understand the passing game and windows the QB is throwing too.

I told a wr on the late 80's LSU teams after the Texas game, Joe is the best I have seen in LSU history and I have seen them since Nelson Stokley and seen film on all the LSU QB's dating from the 1936 team.

Burrow's 2019 season may go down as the best ever to this point in NCAA history. His rating on the passes you posted on are near the best ever college or pro.
