This thread is right up there with the guy who once called out the entire TD.com site for saying the "germans bombed pearl harbor." He seriously thought everyone was a dumbass for not realizing it was really the japanese. I don't think he ever posted again.

This chick DJ up here in Shreveport was SERIOUSLY reporting the purple turf story straight from the LSU site. And it was at least April 3rd by then. "At first I thought it was an April Fool's joke, but even Les Miles confirmed it."

You know where there is smoke then there is usually a fire to go with it!! A good time to put this out about the Purple Turf on April Fools Day to get everyones opinion. Somebody wants to do this for real but wants to get some reaction first to see how it is going to go over when they make an official announcement on this!!
