I am hoping to watch some YouTube videos on understanding the advantages of Coach Baker's "I" formation on Defense last night. I don't recall seeing it much in tackle football before.

Thanks in advance!

Poster last night said it was skim milk cause it’s only effective 2% of the time. Hard to disagree.

I’ll also add Lane beat it last year and it’s surprising to me he didn’t tell Baker how stupid it is and not to use it.

The I-D-P-O-S-Y form.

I don’t plan on stopping you.

Wtf? Skim milk has less than 0.5% fat. That’s why there is a category called 2% milk. These posters can’t even talk milk correctly. Pathetic.
