So he is thinking he wont progress between now and 2 springs from now? It's a stupid move, if he is really going to be all world then get better and beat out nuss for 24 season and make him transfer. To me he sounds like a little bitch.

Kelly should’ve never brought in Daniels and he damn sure should not have let him stay this year. If Daniels doesn’t have a Heisman type year and LSU isn’t in the CFP, Kelly needs to be gone.

But you can fault him for making a commitment, which caused LSU not to recruit Holstein, and then leaving after 1 year. That's all Walker and Jamie Howard's fault.

This is an especially dumb take.

Try not to embarrass yourself again with a ridiculously stupid comment like the one you just posted.

Walker Howard didn’t look anywhere close to an sec starter. The meltdown over him leaving is hilarious. Even more hilarious than the Bech meltdown. Fans create these ideas that these players are great when they are really very mediocre and not LSU starting quality.

Bech led us in receptions in '21 as a true Fr. Not bad for someone who's very mediocre.

He's already demonstrated he was SEC caliber. IMO, he's immature but I don't question his talent.

Howard and his Dad insisted on a Redshirt year in 2022. So Howard ran the Scout team as a result because the 2 QBs who were going to play were obviously going to get the reps with the 1st and 2nd Teams.

Now when Walker Howard has the opportunity to compete for the QB job he ran away. That is not the sign of leadership needed at LSU at the QB position.

Welcome Ricky Collins. Use this year to get ready because your opportunity to play is coming faster than anticipated. Also note that Ricky Collins came to LSU knowing the QB Room was full but he came anyway.

To Walker Howard who is probably around 5’10” to 5’11” good luck with your overrated buddy at TCU. We all saw the real TCU VS UGA and TCU was a fraud. Bye.

You must be kidding. Bech would be behind Nabors, Brian Thomas, Hilton, and Aaron Anderson. It is doubtful that Bech would be ahead of incoming Freshmen Shelton Samson or Jaylen Brown. LSU is loaded at WR with players far better than Bech.

Also, Bech was terrible on special teams. He was absolutely pathetic. This is undeniable.

Hilton and Anderson are coming off injuries. Maybe they'll be 100%. Maybe not. Sampson and Brown will be raw. I doubt either are ready to block in the SEC and I doubt CBK will play them much if they can't.

But let's assume they all already ahead of Bech. Does that mean Bech wasn't SEC caliber? That Racey was behind Chase, JJ, and Terrace, did that mean he wasn't SEC caliber?

That was all that was being asserted. Bech was a very good talent. We're not better off with him leaving.

So genius, how much practice time with the 1s & 2s would you give a player who requested to Redshirt in 2022? Maybe you think JD or Nussmeier should have run the Scout Squad and Howard should have run with the starters?

I swear some of you are brain dead.

Bech was a non factor at LSU and Anderson and Hilton are going to be fine. Man you are looking for some justification to build up Bech but to say Shelton Samson and Brown would be Raw and behind a player like Bech is BS. Lol.

By the way, if your favorite team is Mississippi State I question your opinion to begin with.

So why isn’t he in the SEC?

I question Bechs talent…because I saw better, more explosive players playing in front of him.

At the end of the day what I’ve learned is what I already knew…..STM football players are not SEC football players. They may be a successful catholic school in Lafayette but they haven’t produced a legit nfl talent in forever. I think we have to go back 20 years to Javon Walker.

One could argue that the fumble on kickoff against UT started the landslide that ensued. Go fumble and drop passes elsewhere.

Gotta be, trying really hard to defend both

Anyway…

Nuss is clearly a coach’s son. He could have gotten pissy, taken his ball, and went home when it was clear JD would start and Walker was behind him. Instead, the guy stayed, put in the work, looked much improved in some meaningful snaps at the end of year, and is now poised to play a lot next season.

Walker entitled little bitch who wanted it handed to him. The “Kelly should have made JD leave crowd!!” is way off base, that would be an O move. We’re building a program, no player is above it or will be handed anything. If anything Walker showed he’d probably tuck tail and run had he lost out to Nuss.
