It wasnt additional work moron. It is the exact tlsame routine every starting pitcher from college up through the majors is on.
If he was sore from a 1 mile jog, would he have still "overdone it"? Should they just sleep all day?

Where is the therapy for Walker's forearm after he was removed? Was he given any therapy leading up to his CWS appearance?Lots of questions for PM to answer about Walker and his future .
