You dont know that. Jacques doesnt post something like that unless he has it on good authority.
More likely some higher up asked JD to take it down. Might jeopardizes the settlement putting out the "morality clause" tidbit

Oh, I’m low-info because I’m using my brain and not going by a now-deleted tweet/Facebook post. Ok. By the way, how would the settlement be jeopardized if it was already a done deal? There was a lot of bullshite flying around last week. This was a piece of that. I highly doubt something was worked out that quickly, and it appears that I’m right, because there’s been little information since then. The morality clause bit was highly suspicious. You don’t go throwing that around unless you have pretty egregious and overwhelming ammunition or you’re otherwise prepared for a big legal fight.

By the way, any termination for cause also must follow an express procedure as outlined in BK’s contract. Apparently, that wasn’t followed, so any puffery by LSU about relying on the morality clause was empty.
