The Ole Miss question is irrelevant to me. I’m an LSU basketball fan. I could care less about the Ole Miss hoops program. So your argument about Beard means nothing to me. Try a different angle.

Now do all the guys who improved when they left McMahon. Givens, both Millers, both Williams’, Stewart, Wilkinson, Coleman, Phillips, Hayes. We could also list the summer league guys who apparently have more talent that “worst ever at LSU”. I guess his narrative is just another double standard but that’s how it always ends up for people whose only discussion tactic is gotcha.

i see so you are gonna pretend to not understand that a player moving up to a better school is good, but it doesn't work the other way round when you move from LSU down to ark little rock or east carolina. that isn't improvement.
you asked me to consider all the players who improved after leaving McMahon, and I did. the record is not great.
so you are telling me that, for example, mwani wilkinson showed improvement by moving his talents to the Ohio valley conference?
are you gonna claim that going back to high school would be even better?
if these guys are good and they just need better coaching they wouldn't be at tiny schools.
