Why should we vote for her? Because she goes to LSU? This shouldnt be a popularity contest. This is the IMPACT PERFORMANCE of the week, of which, she was by far the least impactful of all of those nominees. The Texas pitcher threw a freakin 2 hit shutout in the Big 12 title game, and you think we should vote for a softball player that made a good defensive play and hit a homerun?

That is not justification to vote for her over the other 3 nominees, and it's really not close. The only reason all of you are voting for her is because she plays for LSU, and that is wrong. Period.

You obviously didn't watch the LSU softball game. Just admit you don't know what you're talking about. Landry had two hits, two RBI, scored twice, and had two huge defensive plays that were a big reason the game only lasted 4 1/2 innings.

Id love to see who all of you would have voted for if LSU made it to the SEC Championship game and Lange would have thrown a 2 hit shutout, like the kid from Texas did.
