Kid is now realizing he’s costing himself $$$. Thanks to whoever got in his head and turned on the light switch. I realize he can put up numbers at the combine, but attitude is part of a teams drafting decision. He’s a high maintenance prima donna who has wasted a lot of peoples time and energy. And let’s watch him closely if he gets shut out in future games.

Maybe
And maybe he’s just a young man who’s been treated like a celebrity for a while and he’s now maturing and learning how to act like a man and a leader.

Make Kayshon a permanent Captain if that is what it takes to keep the Offense clicking.

You can tell by that speech that he isn’t really comfortable being a vocal leader either. Which is fine not everyone is and I think that plays a lot into what people see as pouting on the sidelines when that’s just the guy he is always.

100% this jumped out as well. This is pretty awesome to watch BK become his mentor and watch him grow beyond just the playmaking abilities. This is what makes college football great!

Really happy for his growth as a person. And, yes, I criticized his body language early in the season. Based on that alone, not knowing his personality, and seeing other recent examples of kids not engaged, etc... it was unfair.

I think we need to see more of him. He has a personality that the team and fans would all love to see. We all just remember him being the kid who almost left and went to Bama but stayed because of Gordon.

He needs to show that he wants to be there. It seemed like for a while that he absolutely didn’t want to be. This can certainly be his team. He can go off the rest of the season and be a first rounder.

He’s never had to speak in front of a group based on that body language. This is a good thing and He’s being motivated and forced to be in uncomfortable situations. It takes skill to speak in front of a group and this is the next step in his maturation process to becoming more than just a football player.

This is a great thing to see unfold and I will be curious to see how they respond if they have a bad game here in the near future.

LMAO, we got a lot of guys that melt like snowflakes in this group.

I stand by exactly what I said earlier

Also, for the guys who stated I didn't play or know football.

Pretend you know me!

I think whether it's next year or a few years from now, you will see an interview with Kayshon where he says how he was down because of the injury, wasn't happy with a coaching change, but stuck with it and glad he did as BK challenged him to be a better player.
