This trainer talking in the video says Big Herm is "raw" + not been taught the technique he should have over years.

Trainer disses LSU offensive line coaches (near middle of video talks about being surprised by what the LSU coaches have taught Big Herm to this point in his career)...

If LSU coaches would have taught him properly, he could have potentially started for a National Championship Offensive Li......of wait, frick, never mind.

Maybe that trainer should try his luck at getting past Herman.

No matter what, best of luck to him. It would be very cool if HJ has a long, successful career in the NFL, he's got the athleticism and the right attitude.

He is raw with his technique AT TACKLE. Our coaches know he has slow footwork, so they put him at guard. This guy is probably being told by scouts to help him learn the tackle position. IMO Herm ends up at guard in the nfl.

You use the label coach way too loosely.

He was like a GA a TEXAS SOUTHERN, washed out or couldnt and now spends his time wrangling money from rich kids folks.

He knows slightly more than Richard Simmons.

There is a nutrition and performance guy on every corner.

I hope the Saints draft him and put him at guard.

Future pro bowler at guard.
