And his lawyer says he got involved to the extent of tryin to break things up... pushing players away (must have been after or before the bouncers said was off to the side). Bouncers story is wholly inconsistent with JJ lawyer (ie lowery started it vs lowery being in the bar).

the shoes and DNA are largely a show by the BRPD IMO. they prove JJ was there but that's about it.

I don't see abuse taking place.
I see him confronting a girl and trying to block her way when she wants no part of him, but I don't think I can call that abuse.
Really, none of the videos I have seen prove anything bout JJ or the guy other than the fact JJ wasn't dressed all in black.

The videos confirm that Lowery was beliggerant, but now we have JJ's own lawyer saying the first fight was going on before JJ and Lowery left the bar... they walked out into it.
Which, BTW, differs from the bouncers who say Lowery started everything with a punch and the infamous truck was not involved.

But isn't it obvious who started the fight? Let's see, a guy that is in a bad mood because of a fight with an ex or a football player who was obviously in a good mood and just having a fun night.
In the end, Lowery got what he deserved and no video we have proves JJ kicked anyone.

The bouncers actually did say the truck was involved. They said it pulled up to the fight which was already in progress. I guess conflicting with JJ's own lawyer doesn't make them unreliable though.
I actually said yesterday that JJ's lawyer was not contesting Lowery's story. He was only claiming JJ was not involved. He also said he didn't think the injuries justified 2nd degree.

So maybe it wasnt jj that kicked the guy on the head in the vid...there was another guy (driver yet to be named that I know of) that has the 3 fractured vertebrae...maybe jj is being accused of causing his injuries?
The kicker in the video is maybe someone that hasn't been arrested yet (BRPD said to expect more arrests).
