Depends on whose account you follow. According to employees, the truck showed up after the fight had started.

But you would agree that it probably didn't last longer than 2 minutes from first punch to the time everyone left?

We also don't know how long the employee looked on. He may say that he saw the beginning and the end and only took his off for a few seconds to stop the fellow employee from intervening. That's would be good for Jefferson;

or he could say that he really only saw 10 seconds of the fight. That wouldn't be good for Jefferson.

The only two witnesses that have been identified are Long and Lowery.

I still think the arrests were made based on the initial report. The BRPD isn't going to spend a bunch of time weighing credibility because they aren't trained to do so. And that didn't even take the time to interview the employees, so take that for what its worth.
